Solar Power Quoting Process

Stage 1

Powersmart Solar utilises sophisticated tools to put together an accurate quote after your initial quote request.   These  quotes are not automatically generated.   Behind every one there is a Powersmart Solar team member customising the quote to suit your specific property and location.  This team member will also be able to provide all the information you require and answer any of your follow up questions.

We are able to use a variety of satellite images to accurately analyse your roof and determine the available space as well as anything that may obstruct the system from performing at its optimum.
 

Usually we can gather all of the information we need from you and from the satellite images.  This means that it is not generally necessary for us to visit your home in person. However, if we believe it is required we will arrange for one of our solar power installers to come and evaluate your property.

Unless otherwise requested we will send you the first quote request via email.  Our quotes are comprehensive and cover most of the details that you will need to know.  If you have any more questions you can click on the FAQ’s link or contact your assigned Powersmart Solar sales representative.

Stage 2

Once you have looked through the initial quote response and after we have answered any of your questions you can let us know if you'd like to proceed further.  Then we will provide you with a solar panel layout design for your roof.   This provides you a clear plan of where we intend to install the solar panels and how they will look.

If there are any obstructions nearby that may shade the solar panels we have tools that can predict the affect on the performance of the system.

Stage 3

At this point if you are happy with our quotations, layout plan, and information we provide an official quote for your acceptance.  Upon acceptance we require a 10% deposit to secure your order and begin preparing for your installation.  This process generally takes 4 – 6 weeks and we handle all the regulatory hurdles for you.   For more information about the sales and installation process please  contact us.
