BIPV (Building Integrated Photo-Volatics) System

For the system above Powersmart worked with Suntech/MSK to design a 50% PV/50% light through system for our client’s indoor garden and high end home.  The 50% ratio of light capture to light through was chosen for the tropical plants our client grows below the system.  As an additional special attention to detail, the module design was changed so the junction boxes and wiring do not visually impact the aesthetic appearance of this very unique power system.
