This customer is building a new home and has now set it up with a reasonably large solar system that will generate him excellent investment returns over the next 20 years.  The ACT government provides solar power system owners a preferential rate for the electricity produced by their systems over a 20 year contract period.  We calculated his simple return to be over 21% per annum!  That's not bad for no risk, a guaranteed return, and without considering the value that's been added to this lovely home.
